Jack Levine
Jack Levine’s interest in aviation started at a young age, driven by an early exposure to flying and aircraft operations. Jack focuses on advising aircraft owners and operators through acquisitions and sales with an emphasis on market analysis, financial forecasting, transaction structuring, and contract negotiation. He guides clients through every phase of the aircraft acquisition and sales process, beginning with a comprehensive assessment of their operational needs and budget. Jack leverages his deep understanding of aircraft market trends to identify the most suitable jets or turboprops for purchase, ensuring alignment with the client’s long-term goals and operational requirements. During the acquisition process, he coordinates pre-purchase inspections, negotiates favorable purchase terms, and manages due diligence to protect client interests and maximize value.
When representing clients in the sale of corporate aircraft, he manages the listing, promotion, and showing of the aircraft, and works closely with legal and financial advisors to structure seamless, compliant transactions.
Max Wiltchik supports the aircraft sales and acquisitions team by assisting with research, listing preparation, market analysis, and transaction management, ensuring a seamless process for clients from initial inquiry through closing. He plays an active role in coordinating aircraft showings, preparing promotional materials, and facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, and industry partners. His passion for aviation was sparked at the age of 8 when he flew in a Cessna 172 for the first time. He is a private pilot and a recent graduate from the University of Arizona. Max’s aircraft sales career began in college where he closed 25 aircraft transactions by the time he graduated. Max is committed to building long-term client relationships backed by trust, expertise, dependability, and relentless work ethic.
