Pinnacle Aviation Expands Maintenance Services with Part 145 Certification

Pinnacle Aviation Expands with Part 145 Maintenance Certification

Pinnacle Aviation is proud to announce a major milestone in our continued growth and service capabilities: the acquisition of a Part 145 Repair Station Certificate from Aviation One.

This strategic acquisition represents far more than a regulatory achievement—it’s a significant expansion of our ability to serve aircraft owners and operators beyond our managed fleet. For over 37 years, Pinnacle Aviation has delivered trusted aircraft management, charter, and sales services with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and safety. Now, with the addition of Part 145 maintenance authorization, we’re positioned to serve a wider aviation community with that same standard of care.

What This Means for Our Clients

The acquisition includes Aviation One’s 29,000-square-foot, fully air-conditioned maintenance facility located at Falcon Field. This facility, in addition to our Scottsdale hangars, enables our team to handle a broad range of maintenance and inspection needs for aircraft types including Pilatus, Cessna, Beechcraft, Embraer, Gulfstream, Learjet, and Dassault Falcon jets, among others.

We’re also significantly expanding our mobile maintenance capabilities, providing on-site service wherever our clients need it—whether it’s a scheduled inspection or an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situation requiring a fast response.

A Seamless Fit with Pinnacle Aviation’s Mission

“The addition of the Part 145 certificate and facility is a strategic investment in the future of Pinnacle Aviation,” said Founder and President Curt Pavlicek. “We’re now equipped to serve not only our managed fleet but also aircraft owners across the region who are looking for a maintenance partner they can trust. This move broadens our capabilities and further reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional service at every level.”

From day one, our focus has always been on providing a personalized service and operating with precision. With this expanded maintenance platform, we’re building on that foundation—offering scheduled inspections, structural repairs, avionics troubleshooting, and more—all under one roof.

Expanding Our Team and Capabilities

As part of this transition, Pinnacle Aviation will be hiring additional FAA-certified A&P technicians and experienced avionics professionals to support our expanded operations. Our Director of Maintenance, Paul Perakes, will lead the team and oversee the integration of the new capabilities into Pinnacle Aviation’s suite of services.

“We’re excited to bring Aviation One into the Pinnacle Aviation family,” Perakes said. “This gives us the tools, talent, and space to serve our clients more effectively than ever before.”
