Paul Perakes
Director of Maintenance
Paul Perakes enlisted in the United States Marine Corps when he was 18, beginning what has now become a 37-year career in aviation. During his time in the Marines, he served as both an aviation maintenance professional and Naval Aircrewman on multiple helicopter platforms. His service included operations in the Fleet Marine Corps and support of the White House as part of Presidential Helicopter Squadron One in Quantico, Virginia.
Throughout his career, Paul has been fortunate to remain proficient in both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft. His experience spans corporate aviation, EMS, cargo, and the airlines, allowing him to develop a broad operational and technical perspective.
Aviation has taken Paul all over the world, and he has been honored to serve in leadership roles that support safe and reliable flight operations. For the past 25 years, he has worked as a Director of Maintenance for multiple organizations—a role he has truly enjoyed and takes great pride in.
In his current position as Director of Maintenance for Pinnacle Aviation, Paul is proud to be part of such a respected organization—and even more proud of the team he works alongside every day. Together, they are committed to delivering the safest, most efficient, and highest-quality maintenance possible.
